Tiny Glade - Gothic Cathedral
Playtime's over, I guess. Time to see how to break the game's mechanics! Join me as I build a small gothic cathedral with flying buttresses and spires galore with the game's minimal tools.

Planet Coaster - Aerobats of Arabia (Part 8) - Egyptian Alley
Переглядів 19 тис.21 день тому
The Egyptian alley is one of the main thoroughfares into the domain of Aerobats of Arabia. A first stop for many visitors and an important sightline for the giant mosque, this shopping/dining street isn't all that special on its own but crucial to to complete the area. See my Thememaker's Toolkit item list here: (I remembered!) steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1576419789 P.S. if y...
First Look: Tiny Glade
Переглядів 154 тис.21 день тому
Check out Tiny Glade here: store.steampowered.com/app/2198150/Tiny_Glade/ Tiny Glade is a very chill and beautiful castle doodling game with a surprising amount of depth for a very limited amount of tools. It's made by two-person studio Pounce Light (with some audio help) and features procedural generation building in the vein of Townscaper - but with a lot more flexibility. This is not a paid ...
Cities: Skylines II - St. Luke (Part 5) - Hillside Villages
Переглядів 11 тис.2 місяці тому
Once again returning to my favourite pastime (I'm switching to UK spelling out of respect, of course) - making small villages among hills and farm fields. With some train lines and regional road systems to boot! Updates? Paradox Mods? Beach Properties? Sounds interesting, might look at that later. But first, we need to plant some trees, man 💪🌳 Follow me on: ►Twitch: www.twitch.tv/silvarret ►Twi...
Cities: Skylines II - St. Luke (Part 4) - Harbours & Farms
Переглядів 49 тис.6 місяців тому
Welcome back to St. Luke! It's been a while. Today's episode is all about expanding the areas around the big city on the St. Luke map, adding harbours, farms and suburbs until it (hopefully) convincingly looks like the city is located in an real region. The build is supposedly in the UK, so we're using the UK spelling for the title ofc 🤙💪🤘✌️ Follow me on: ►Twitch: www.twitch.tv/silvarret ►Twitt...
Cities: Skylines II - St. Luke (Part 3) - Urban Expansion
Переглядів 77 тис.8 місяців тому
Welcome back to St. Luke! In today's episode I'm starting work on a major city for the region, including lots of highway and rail infrastructure, sprawling suburbs, and major industrial areas. Unfortunately I wasn't able to quite finish the city due to a lack of free time between work and social obligations - but I'm intending to finish it when the game is officially released, making for a nice...
Cities: Skylines II - St. Luke (Part 2) - Expanding the Region

Cities: Skylines II - St. Luke (Part 1) - English Rural Village
Переглядів 297 тис.9 місяців тому
The kind people over at PDX allowed me to have an early go at the long-awaited Cities: Skylines II, along with many core members of the community - what better to do than to start a timelapse build right away in a theme that the game perhaps wasn't specifically built for? This is just my attempt at figuring out just how realistically C:S II allows the player to lay out roads, landscape, add nat...
Planet Coaster - Aerobats of Arabia (Part 7) - Dark Ride Ruins
Переглядів 38 тис.10 місяців тому
Interior time! In this episode I'm building a dark ride-esque indoor roller coaster section that serves as a finale for the Aerobats - plus a gift shop for the exit path within the same building. Planet Coaster - Zephyr (Timelapse + POV)
Переглядів 69 тис.11 місяців тому
Zephyr is a Mack launch coaster with elements taking inspired by new gen Vekoma loopers and Intamin Mega-Lites - trying to fit as many negative and positive G-forces as possible into a compact layout. It's also my first attempt at using PlanCo mod tools to make a 2m-technique-based layout, with modded smoothing tools and a modded smoother camera. Join me on my mission to make this little build ...
Parkitect: Taste of Adventure (Part 10) - The Moon
Переглядів 22 тис.Рік тому
The final episode of Parkitect: Taste of Adventure brings us to a very unlikely locale: the moon. A barren landscape with no trees, guests are equipped with space helmets, and space is limited (ironically) - can we turn this plot of... land (?) into a succesful theme park? Let's see! After over 4 years & 36 scenarios, the Parkitect campaign playthrough is finally (but sadly, admittedly) over. B...
Parkitect: Taste of Adventure (Part 9) - Celeste Mountain
Переглядів 24 тис.Рік тому
Celeste Mountain is a scenario based on the titular location of the indie platforming game Celeste - on which Gabby DaRienzo from the Parkitect team worked as well. It's a beautiful game to be sure, but does it translate into a Parkitect landscape? Let's find out! In case you're interested, Celeste is currently 75% off on Steam: store.steampowered.com/app/504230/Celeste/ (I should repeat, not g...
Planet Coaster - Aerobats of Arabia (Part 6) - Carousel Pavilion
Переглядів 26 тис.Рік тому
I'm continuing the Mamluk style into this video, where I'm building a pavilion and minaret to house a small carousel alongside the coasters, along with a darkride entrance facade inspired by the Persian Chehel Sotoun palace. Parkitect: Taste of Adventure (Part 8) - Victoria Island
Переглядів 42 тис.Рік тому
A sequel of sorts to the original game's 3rd scenario, Victoria Island is a tropical resort hotel waiting for expansion. The island's design is loosely based on Wii Sports Resort's Wuhu Island, so what better to fill it in with than a colorful Parkitect incarnation of Wuhu Town? Well, so I thought, but eventually things started spiralling into a larger and larger build, resulting in a 2 hour ti...
Planet Coaster - Aerobats of Arabia (Part 5) - Mamluk Mainstreet

Is it possible to build an Indian Style Temple, like Dwarkhadhish, Akshardham, Hoysaleshwara, Kailasa, Kandariya Mahadev, Jagannath, Sriranganathaswami etc using this method? 😁🤔
looks amazing, and i love building in games. but the lack of gameplay outside of "just building" is a bit of a turnoff.
i watch your videos during my lunch break lol drinking coffee and chilling. But also to get ideas for later at night try on my own games. =) Cheers
Maybe an export to STL function
i wonder how many cities we can save and MAINTAIN at the same time, i think people want to be able to save whatever they want, they don't want to get to the point to completely destroy one of their cities in order to continue to play it
ok, 12:29 blew my mind off, it's incredible how many things you keep learning and discovering about the automatization in this game
They should take over Terraria 2😯
Year 6 of waiting for a new rap to drop.
😂😂😂😂
The indoor one for jokers jinx is flight of fear at kings dominion and kings island.
This looks very interesting :)
We need this for ipad!!!
I want a Settlers game like this.
Imagine doing a cathedral on a game demo
you feel like a blast to go to a theme park with
Silvarret is miss your videos!
Me watching this: what is a buttress
Was super excited when I saw the demo was available. Turns out the game isn't compatible with my graphics card / driver :(
When the full game comes out I wanna try recreating hogwarts as much as possible.
It reminds me of townscaper
This looks GREAT. I wishlisted it on Steam, can't wait.
:) very cool
Why don't I have this type of coaster in Planet coaster??? 😢😢
How'd you got the game so beautiful?
I wish there was more customisation
ohhh my gosh this looks great!
this game seems absolutely FANTASTIC for architects, diy designers, minecraft builders, scale-modeling and many more that want to plan out designs. if this game expands on how much space is avaliable and materials, i bet it could become super popular as not only a cozy game to play, but may also be very useful!
My problem with these types of games, Townscaper very much included, is that I feel they shouldn't be standalone games, but rather individual systems within a much more complex game. Creation for the sake of creation is fine, but upon finishing builds I often ask myself at the end "Ok, and?" I think this is why I always came back to Minecraft - whatever my friends and I built, we got to play in it later.
This is just it to the game?
wow! looks absolutly amazing! i have like 500 hours in PC and think that what i build already looks amazing. But looking at you do it just brings that to another level, great built!
Thanks for the architecture lesson. Made me realize the castle from Brave is probably the most realistic castle in Disney
This video just an excuse to say the word Buttresses a lot.... I approve!
12:00 to final is like bob ross talk, amazing work my lord
awesome
.... took him half an hour... i dont wann play anymore
amazing build.. as a german just wanted to add that the 'S' in neu-schwan-'S'tein is pronounced as the 'sch' like in schwan :) if you wanted to know that xDDDD
I am sorry but I personally don't understand how people see stuff like this as a game, but I know I am in the minority here, Townscaper sold very well.. To me it just seems like a small tech demo or the building system that you would then use in a game
spending 1 hour wrecking my brain making a small castle, only to see you making a whole cathedral ! you're good man
You should see his planet coaster stuff
I know this might be a stretch, but any chance this will be ported to switch at some point? This game looks absolutely beautiful and exactly what I have been looking for, great job you all!! 🩵 I grew up in that area so there are some sentimental points there for me, I miss Germany and the castles 🥹🩵
I wish there was a mechanism which generated interiors as well, so you could then go inside of the buildings, and maybe ways to flesh out the interiors more. Is this a planned feature?
Altijd nice om te zien dat je weer upload!
This building mode looks amazing. This adaptiveness seems to be super chill and fun. I look forward to this
That poor sheep at the end was stuck between a rock and a hard place
Someone’s going to make hogwarts with this!
There is something so special about what you do. I’m an architect major and have always loved theme parks and how coaster interact with the themed environments and your content scratches that itch that I’ve always been interested in. Love the content and really appreciate you making videos, even if the time in between them is long.
Really good build there! Would be wonderful if you could go into a first-person mode and walk about the area and around the buildings.
IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR SO LONG
Incredible work as always. I do have a small suggestion though- when you’re bringing up specific buildings you used as inspiration, like the 40 pillars mentioned in this episode, I’d really appreciate if you could find some pictures that serve as a good visual aid and put them up on screen. Not all the time, your builds are still the main attraction, but as an occasional thing to show what you’re referring to it would be really cool
I was thinking "wow this would be so cute with a moat around it or a pond nearby", and then I spotted that there's an option for it at the bottom of the screen for the full release! Thats going to be so so cool if it works the way i think.
just installing the Demo! cant wait for this Game :)
If you could export these and be able to 3d print 😮😮
